I recently took my pet in for emergency because she had a seizure. (Saturday) After tests and consultation with a Dr. I took my dog home. Her condition got worse, and on Monday I asked to have the treating vet call me and I was then told she was triple booked and didn't have time. I then asked to have the other vet who always treated my dog to call me but was told she was busy and leaving at 3:00pm. I paid over $650.00 for an emergency exam and treatment, a response from the treating vet might have helped in my time of need Too busy, to call! I finally got a call three days later after I went to another clinic and had my dog euthanized with compassion. I was accused of being rude to staff, and if expressing my displeasure with how my dog was treated was considered rude, then I was rude. While at the clinic my dog was given a shot for nausea, during the injection she screamed in pain and I told the tech to stop The technician said she would take my dog and complete the injection so I wouldn't hear her scream. How cruel and lacking compassion. This is only part of my concerns. If I had to do it again I would not return or recommend this clinic. It only took 2 months to ask me if I wanted to talk about my concerns. Your regrets are a bit late. Thanks...
Read moreI’ve been to many vets through the years, always searching for staff that shares my ideals for interaction with our furry (sometimes scaled and feathered) friends. In my experience, it’s always been off the mark. Not here. The staff, from front of house to exam room to back of house, was so consistently kind and enthusiastic while working with our malamute, Kodi. They took the time to not only make sure Kodi wasn’t anxious but also that I wasn’t either. I’ve recently moved to the area and haven't felt at home or at ease and the staff here managed to make that happen. It’s so rare anymore to see people who (obviously busy and probably a little burned out because of the nature of any type of health care) that are so willing to do what they can to spend the time needed with clients. While waiting for test results and X-rays, another four-legged client came in needing a nail trim. The poor pup was very anxious and must have had on a muzzle, but hearing the staff be so kind and encouraging to them made my heart grow two sizes. We plan on establishing all four of our pets here as soon as possible. 10 out of 10!...
Read moreOn a Saturday that is only opened to 1:00, I called in the morning because there was something wrong with my dog and I didn't know what. They were able to get me in on short notice. I expected everyone to be in a hurry to leave so they could start their weekend but the care we received exceeded my expectations even if it was during the week. The doctors aide, I think her name was Monica O., was so loving, caring and gentle with my suffering dog I was astonished!! The doctor, didn't get her name but was equally as caring and worried. She told me that I am not leaving here until we have him on some kind of treatment plan. They both helped while drawing blood and you can tell they have a deep love for animals while cuddling him and he never flinched during the blood draw. They found out what was wrong with him and we left with medication. It's only been 2 1/2 days but he's already showing signs of improvement. I could not have picked a better place to go and was blessed to have such incredible and amazing people working on him. I will NEVER GO...
