I cannot say enough great things about Eagle River Cabinets. We were in a real jam with a botched kitchen update and needed to order cabinets in a hurry. We had a very tight deadline with renters lined up in the coming months. We worked with Emma, who went to our lake house on her own, as we live in IL, to assess what we currently had in place, provide a layout with replacement suggestions in brands she knew could get the order made within our timeframe, made excellent color and style selections on the cabinets and for the countertops as well. Eagle River Cabinets did everything in their power to ensure our job would be completed on time in a very difficult supply chain market. Their installer did an excellent job of putting in the cabinets and the seams in the countertops are almost nonexistent. The quality and looks of the cabinets was superior to the big box store. The easy glide drawers to the extra features like the spice rack, in cabinet garbage cans and under sink drawer were so smooth opperating. And we didn't want the 3" spacers and 5" spacers in here and there because the big box store didn't make the size cabinet we needed. Eagle Rive Cabinet sent a sales person right out to the cabin and measured everything. They made use of every inch of space, and the cost was only $1500 more then the big box store. We considered redoing our pantry ourselves by purchasing everything through a big box store, and spending countless hours trying to put everything together. Thank goodness we didn't as the final product turned out much better than we would have done, and it was much faster! We worked with Rob at the Eagle River location, and his suggestions were great, as was his communication through the process. We would suggest them to others, and would absolutely consider another project with Eagle River Cabinets.
