My husband bought a 2018 Ram 2500 in April. The navigation is not right in it and hasn't been since he purchased it. It gives you completely opposite direction of where you're going and says your in another state. After he purchased the truck he went away on a business trip and we were not able to get the truck up there. I took it there today and they wanted to charge us $1600 to replace the radio because they couldn't reflash the navigation and then gave attitude when you questioned them about warranty. The service man stated they only give 1 month warranty on issues like this. When questioned about factory warranty they had no response. They proceeded to say that Ram has had an ongoing issue with the radio and when we said if it's a continued issue why would we replace it for $1600 and it may not work in a month and the serviceman said "well so it works." I'm sorry but after spending $50,000 on a truck and they treat their customers like this we will NEVER buy another vehicle from them.    Read moreI bought a vehicle in march. They delivered me the vehicle with many scratches on it..that I was unaware of til like hours before they brought it. Guy told me he would bring touch up paint and said they would fix the scratches at the shop. When i tried to make a appointment to get this done..he told me they weren’t a body shop. Also..I took vehicle in to be checked a month or two later..assured me issues were fixed. Next day..still making same noises. They did make good by putting new tires on for me since they brought it to me with winter tires. They didn’t bother to reset tire pressure and I was told by another shop..it’s a fuse or something else. Unreal. I’ll never go back there again. I’ll pay a shop that will do the work right the First time. The deal wasn’t even legit..the loan isn’t even in my name but vehicle is registered to me and insured to me.    Read moreSorry, not really happy. I was asked by a man in the front, "What do you want!?!", I told him I was there for an appointment, he told me "back there!" I had no idea that they had totally remodeled the whole building. So eventually, I found someone in repair. I was told that the parts needed for my repair were there on 3 days before my appointment. When I told them who I was , the parts were not there, and they kept getting the wrong parts. (???). I was not called to not come in. They found a problem on my 1st visit, so changed the oil. On the paper work, a car I bought from them was there and the mileage for that car too. Computer error. I traded the 2015 I bought there, a great car, for a 2017 at a different dealership. Thanks...
