Home of the Niagara County Fair. Great family based medium sized fair . Has all you need on 39 acres with 4h animals rides and attractions Lots of parking and only $5 per person to enter. Indoor 4h exhibits animal filled barns and educational building. fun for young and old Houses the USDA and Soil & Water Conservation Service. Cornell University based information center with a very friendly staff that does soil samples, insect identification and local agriculture program info. Catering is available in several small medium or auditorium setting with seating up to 275 people. Weddings to meetings or local fund raising parties. Many activities and large variety if 4H programs and clubs and festivals on the grounds. Winter storage for all types of vehicles and an improved greenhouse. 16 buildings on 39 acres. Lots of green space, horse indoor and outdoor arenas with picnic area. Small Outdoor RV tree groved style camp ground. I work there....
Read moreI've been going to the fair since I was 5 years old. I use to show horses as a kid. Prices have been going up year after year. I do not remember what it cost two years ago, but this year was $10 a person this year, including children. Cost $40 to get in. Less rides, fewer vendors, and fewer exhibits. They use to have bands back in the day...the stage is gone now. No more Apple pie sales :( . I did notice a lot fewer exhibits. I have never seen so many blue ribbons...guess they don't give out red and white anymore....
Read moreWould give 0 stars if I could. Show up at 10am and nothing is ready and open, everything opens later. Absolutely useless charging people to get in when there is nothing to do at 10am. Vendors aren't even ready upon opening, still setting up shops, very unprofessional and lazy. Advertise that rides do not open until 1pm, that is ridiculous... 3 hrs after opening and then rides open and NOWHERE does it say 1pm, total waste of money and a morning. Disappointed for our first experience at a New York fair after moving... wont be...
