Rude, id say poor customer service but thats not true. No customer service is the truth. We waited 20min for customer service, and then decided to chase it down becuase we were being ignore at the front counter trying to get a lane. Ice cream sales is all they care about here, if people are buying ice cream out front dont waste your time. They will not leave that window for 5 min to check you into a lane. Even if the customer they are serving just arrived and you have been there 20min. O and when we did go to the ice cream window to talk to her, after she looked at us 5 diff times over the 20min she ignored us she was super snippy and rude, and basically said she didnt feel like checking us in bc it was inconvenient with the place closing in an hour. Thats 7 customers that took there business to a different that night and dropped that same $100 for 3 games and shoes. This place almost shut down bc lack of buisness yet they dont mind turning it away? Btw the lane we went to took us with open arms, got a tip, all balls returned after bowling and had zero clean up. We just wanted to bowl. All the good reviews they have are from the ice cream. Its ok, come winter they will focus on the bowlers they ignore to hold them over till next ice cream season when the bowlers can be...

Edit. Looking at all the other reviews, HOW does this woman still work there?! She's rude to everyone. Do better Loweville, the community doesn't deserve this.

The facility is great. Clean and lots of food options.

However, the big grouchy lady was unnecessarily rude... funny enough, we mentioned it to friends via text and they knew exactly who we were talking about. She acted like we were the bottom of the barrel, maybe because we didn't make a reservation?... We got there when they opened at noon for open bowl. There was apparently a league game and a birthday party... half of the open hours are already league practice, how are they allowed to take "open bowl" time too? And on a weekend when kids can actually play? This is one of a few things little kids can do indoors when it's barely double digits outside... Anyway, we waited a bit and when I went up to the register to just check if we'd be able to be squeezed in or not, she looked DIRECTLY over my shoulder to help someone walking up...They weren't next to me, they were behind me, there was literally zero way for that to not be deliberate.

All in all, get friendlier staff. I'd rather drive to Watertown so I don't have to explain her...

I called and wanted to set up a birthday party for my boyfriend. The lady on the phone rudely told me to “get a grip on my party and call back” because I wasn’t sure how to set everyone up on lanes (she wanted a list of everyone on each lane). Brushed it off. I call like a week in advance, they had no idea about my party that I planned weeks prior. So I fixed the issue and carried on. We make it to the party and the older woman was very rude to my entire party. Saying that we will pay when SHE is done setting up the party (most bowling alleys have you pay PRIOR to bowling. Not at the end of the night. Which we were unaware of. The communication skills of this place is HORRENDOUS). Very rudely told us to finish our bowling before 8pm or we would have the lane shut off. We never got a 15 minute warning, just to hurry up or we would have to leave. Just a very awful experience. I most definitely will not be coming back. Not worth your...
