My husband just bought us this hanging light fixture for our dining room. It is so well made, the glass and metal embeds are beyond gorgeous, and photos just do not do it justice! The staff at Our Country Hearts were so helpful without being pushy. We were confused as to where the furniture department was because we’d never been there before and the girl behind the counter at the completely wrong side of the complex was courteous and kind while telling us we had to go through the restaurant and THEN we’d find the furniture section. We were also treated with kindness and respect despite the fact that as a stage 4 cancer patient who does not “look sick”, I have a psychological service dog. Unfortunately most places we go can be judgmental and rude to us when we walk through the door with her...not here though!!! They were immediately very kind & even asked permission to interact with her. VERY respectful!!! Last but certainly NOT least, they gave us an additional discount on the already discounted fixture!! We got an incredible bargain today! An all around FABULOUS experience and because of their hospitality, beautiful, peaceful, impeccably clean, store...they will be getting ALL our business from now on when it comes to lighting, furniture, artwork, or any of the other things they sell that we might need! Put our names in to get a table, woman never said how long the wait would be. Overheard the owner tell the next guests that the wait would be 45 minutes. So I went up to ask how long we should expect. The owner then said “how am I supposed to know who you are?” I said we are the last name on the list.
