Great lanes, good prices and decent food. Unfortunately some of the staff need to develop their customer service skills. Miserable on the phone and in person if asked any question. Reserved a lane online. Paid ahead. Confirmed reservation. They couldn't find my name when I arrived. When they did finally find my reservation ( 10 minutes later, because my name is Kris rather then Chris) they switched my confirmed lane. Then claimed it happened because they are 'short staffed like the rest of America is'. They have no help wanted notices anywhere. Online or when asked in person. This place was sooooo clean!!! We had a blast!!!! It's $30 a hour for a lane on Saturdays after 9:30, $3 for shoes!! We were very impressed, the lanes are very well kept and the gentlemen working were very friendly. The snackbar is reasonably priced and staffed with attentive people. We will definitely be back...
