I haven't stopped by and talked to the people behind the beautiful scene, but for whatever it is, it's the best part of my view when I walk this road. They are out there as the sun comes up and set up their display like diligent worker bees. They do themes for the season, even being wilted and closed up for the Winter. They have a rock driveway but almost looks like someone's backyard instead of a business so it can be hard know what it is if you're not shown...

Great staff! We drive from Maine/NH/VT on the way to SUNY Canton. Every time we pass through town, this is a must stop. If you are within 20 miles, set your GPS, and plan a visit.
