I recently moved to Syracuse, NY for school and was nervous about trying out new nail salons; I attempt to get my hands and feet done year round, so it was important to find one I am comfortable with. My overall impression of this salon is four stars because they are on the pricier side for me, but I heard their prices are within the normal NY price range. (It's cheaper down South lol.) However, the salon has a variety of bundle options to help save money. Because I get a SNS mani & Reg pedi, I usually choose the Lavender package (#5) which is $70. (I attached the regular pricing chart below, but some prices may have changed.) I recommend making an appointment. They take walk-ins, but some days can be busier than others, so having an appointment is better here. They have a good sized staff. Each technician is very skilled, and they all do great work. I personally request Amy (nails) and CoCo (toes). Both take their time and are gentle with me. They are consistent and nice! It's honestly a nice shop. It is open, modern, and relaxing. Each service comes with a complimentary 10-minute massage. (The masseur is such a kind man.) NY Nails is worth a visit! Pros: Very clean and sanitary, large regular/powder/gel polish inventory and calm environment Cons: A little on the expensive side.

Moved to the Syracuse area and have been struggling to find a good quality nail salon. Other places, nails would chip days after or discolor instantly. Saw good reviews and decided to give a try- will be my nail salon moving forward! Irene helped me pick my color (OPI Let’s Be Friends) and welcomed me so much. I also had a chipped nail that I was so worried about, she put some gel protectant to make sure it wouldn’t chip, taking the extra step to make sure my nails were perfect!! She took her time and made sure every edge was perfection!

I give 4 1/2 stars. Amy did my daughter's nails, coffin black, and they are fire šŸ”„! Steven did mine...also good, but he did cut me with the file once and pulled my nails out too quick from the UV light but he did do a good job also. In the end all came out perfect. I will definitely return and I do recommend. Would have been a 5 if not for the cut and the too quick light removal. Also a tad pricey. My daughter had regular acrylic with gel polish and I had gel with clear coat.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Terrible very unprofessional! Had an appt at 2 didn’t even get seated until 2:30 was tossed around I ended up being seen by 3 nail techs.. burned my fingers, ALL my nails bubbled up I didn’t even get out to the car and noticed. Go back inside after sitting there for over 2 hours, they wanted me to sit and re do. Which would be another hour, said only 10 mins. Tech starts drilling the whole polish off and will have to re do all of them.. along with all the design(French tip). Offers to give me $20 back.. I shouldn’t even have paid $100 ($10 tip) oh I should not $10 of the amount was the tip so I got $10 refunded. 2 of the nails are crooked.. I got them done on SUNDAY and one just popped off. Was told come in and we fix.. I can’t spend another 40 mins getting my nail fixed all I asked was for a refund. TERRIBLE PLACE! I called and tried speaking to the owner & of course get tossed around on the...

Very large clean peaceful salon. Easy to find. Plenty of parking near other shopping... 🌹 Owners kind and hospitable. Utensils are sterilized stainless steel like at the hospital, so no one is getting a fungus there. Got a beautiful, very natural looking pink and white set...* Received MANY complements from others! A number of other patrons came in for fills and pedicures while I was there and seemed very pleased, as well. Hundreds of beautiful gel colors available! šŸ’… They use lotion and hot towels to massage your hands and while your polish dries they rub your shoulders; very therapeutic 😻 They also accommodated a small child with an appropriate TV program. šŸ“ŗ šŸŽ¶ I highly recommend this place.

*Manager also gave the guarantee: if I break a nail within 2 weeks - come back for free repair (because I work hard with my hands everyday and I was...
