The Beginning II — Restaurant in Town of De Witt

Fun environment and lovely patrons, but if I could give zero stars I would. I could complain about the outrageous prices and poor service, but I feel this is the most important information I can share. 4 people from my party noticed they had stuff floating in their drinks. I saw some too, so I poured my water out and this is what I found. When I notified the waiter, he dumped all of our waters out into a pitcher. It was cloudy and had particles floating in it. He left the dirty cups and said he would be back. No one ever came back to address it or clear the cups. He never even apologized on the business’ behalf. He also never brought us new water, so we sat without water for the rest of our stay. Any well run bussiness would have sent someone out to address this and possibly rectify the situation. From the First time I stepped inside The Beginning II Local hang joint- I felt invited and like I've always been going there. I've been known for my #1Best NY wings Upstate NY, the City as well as all along the East Coast were In Duck NC OBX Is were I last settled and had my Amazing Wings on my Pizza Gourmet Eatery n Bar on the Sound Front when last open I was #1 place for Catering and to Dine Out above all locations surrounding Well TB2 Wings won my #1 vote. The owner- Btenders-clientele-And service never disappoints and since 1st visit- I come back every 6months from Down South OBX - I get that "Cheers" Norm welcome n will be a forever patron! The wings were good. The pizza was ok. When I arrived to pick-up my order is was waiting for me on the bar counter, so it was cold by the time I got home. The restaurant was pick-up onky due to COVID so I cannot comment on the atmosphere, etc. I had purchased a restaurant.com coupon for this location and presented it to the employee. I was advised that the restaurant had stopped taking coupons during the pandemic. I wish I would have been told when I ordered via telephone. When I got home I also noticed I was charged a fee for using my credit card. No one said anything to me and I did not see any sign advising of the fee. Disappointing to say the least. The upside is I can exchange the restaurant.com coupon for another local restaurant and don't need to wonder if this place is worth...
