We did the regular harvest box this summer and was so worth it. I also went strawberry picking and blueberry picking for the first time in my life this summer. It was a great experience! The person complaining about having to buy pails didn't pay attention that it was all over their Facebook page for weeks and doesn't seem to realize that most businesses use Facebook as the place for the most updated info, as people in 2020 get their info from social media sooner than anywhere else. You could have brought your strawberry pail back for blueberry picking also at no further charge. Everyone did what needed to be done to stay afloat and safe during covid or else they'd face consequences. I was very happy with all of my Candella's experience this summer, including being able to pick out my flowers online for curbside pickup back in the spring. I went with them for that reason. Went to pick strawberries and they won't let u bring in your pails/baskets. They want to charge you $2.00 for a pail before u pick a single berry. No mention of it on their website and no mention of it when u call. It's a racket.... Bad business practice. Was looking forward to dropping $40-$50 on strawberries too. Recently discovered this nice little farm store. I like it a lot because you can buy veggies in bulk by bushels. If you are canning it feeding a crowd it will save you a bunch!
