Spectrum carpeted our new living space two years ago. In the meantime we adopted a new cat that took up doing number one and number two with the occasional number three on the new carpet. After several discussions with Walter, our cat, about using the allocated litter boxes, Walter declined to take us up on our offer. As a result, I built a special enclosure in our garage with a cat door that goes from the kitchen through the wall to the garage. Problem solved, however the strong odor of cat pee was left behind as a reminder that no good deed goes unpunished. I decided to call Spectrum Carpets to have the two year old carpeted cat facilities professionally cleaned. Not only did Spectrum do an amazing job overall, they asked about problem areas, payed special attention to those areas and used a special bio chemical on said area. It’s been almost a week since they did the cleaning and there is no smell to be detected despite it being one of the most foul smells I’ve ever had to endure. We were quite impressed with extra effort of Jessica to expedite the delivery time of the custom order. Mean while Brian came to our home to ensure our measurements were correct. He further suggested a material for an underlayment beyond my knowledge. The beauty of this extra effort was quite pleasing to the success of its outcome. The professionalism of the installation by Ryan Darling & his assistant had my bride filled with absolute joy upon its completion.
