The base "moonshine", whiskey, bourbon and flavors you can add are absolutely high quality. The cocktails Dave (the owner) makes are amazing! Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and was a total pleasure to talk to. The distillery is small, and intimate. They also have local beer and wines if liquor is not your thing. Absolutely outstanding. We had a smoked old fashioned with bourbon, and a whiskey neat. We immediately bought bottles of both the bourbon and whiskey.
