"Collectors" among us know that there exist in any given interest a very small, incredibly valuable cadre of people who are more than experts in their field. More than resources. More than simply a place to go to get what you want. These folks are passionate, invested professionals who do what they do out of love and genuine interest in the subject. They do it for a long time and they are happy to share both their expertise and their passion for their work.
I recently purchased a golden-era jukebox from National Jukebox Exchange and I can tell you that John and Steve are at the very top of a very exclusive list in the world of jukeboxes. My experience from start to finish was more pleasant and informative than I could have imagined. John was generous with his time and knowledge -- never pushy, never dismissive -- helping me find exactly the right machine for my needs.
When it arrived, Steve was equally generous with his time and service upon delivery. He even helped me troubleshoot one of my other, more modern jukeboxes, ultimately solving a problem that had been unsolvable by other "experts" who tried harder and longer to fix the issue.
