Spent all summer researching higher end fire tables. I couldn't find a design I liked at the lower height I wanted. After months of looking and googling, the CastinCrete Zen table made its way into my search. And they were a local company too...bonus! I called and asked if I could see one and they said stop in. I showed up mid morning the next day and was welcomed right into their shop....it was really cool to see the owner/operator process in the raw! They were extremely friendly and helpful. We looked in the Big Box stores and couldn't find anything which would compliment our high end patio design. Ordered a $3,500 Fire Table and had to wait over 10 weeks to receive. After receiving the stated BTU is no way close to what is advertised. I have one in the front patio for half the price with less BTU's that puts out a much larger frame. The customer service is not helpful at all. I originally deleted a negative review at the request of this company but I think it is more important for future customers to see the lack of customer service and quality product for the price paid.
