I started talking to Jackie in February 2024 after I had gotten my wedding dress from Strike Bridal Bar in MKE in November 2023. Jackie was listed as one of their preferred vendors and I could not be more thankful that we were connected.

Working with Jackie was amazing. She is so detail-oriented in her work but most of all, she made sure that my vision was seen throughout my dress as well. She listened to all of my ideas and questions and then made sure it was all reflected in my dress. My mom and I went out three times for fittings and Jackie brought my vision to life.

After my third visit, I brought my dress home, but something wasn't sitting well with how the dress was laying on me. I texted Jackie the next day and, without hesitation, told me to bring the dress back so she could make it perfect. My mom and I went back on a Friday night and spent almost an hour and a half with Jackie as she added some stitches to make the dress perfect.

Jackie was recommended to me from my bridal shop and I was SO HAPPY with my dresses! I had two wedding dresses, one for our destination wedding in Mexico and one for our home ceremony and she altered them to perfection. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. She communicated her process and pricing upfront and always made sure you felt heard and your questions were answered. I always enjoyed coming to visit and catch up with her at my fittings! She is very efficient! Bustles can be complicated, but Jackie makes the process straightforward, provided a guide and makes sure someone practices the bustle when you are at the appointment. Jackie took a dress I bought off amazon and made it look absolutely magical. She altered it to fit my body and we added a few lace pieces. Jackie is absolutely incredible at what she does! I was feeling some minor dress regret after picking up my dress that was too big on me. That immediately changed after trying on my dress at my 2nd fitting. Jackie made the dress absolutely snatch my body while still being so comfortable to wear all night long!! The ballroom bustle Jackie added to my dress was a DREAM!!!! I knew the traditional bustle wouldn’t look right on my dress and I was so worried that I was going to hate the bustle no matter what. Jackie immediately recommended a ballroom bustle and it looked completely seamless, truly like we just cut the train off of the exact same dress 😍 it only took my sisters a couple minutes to do because Jackie makes it so easy!
