I received my order last week and unfortunately had a small defect in the shirt I got for my son. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it so I just emailed them asking if I could order another and I’d even pay for rush shipping so I could get it in time for Christmas. I called in to have a puzzle made. I explained I have all the items I need, I just need them to press on the photo. They said they can’t do it. When I asked why she said (with an attitude) it’s because we only use items in-house.
