Before you write about boxes being in the aisles or cashiers not being at the register you should consider this; the staff, very often just two at a time have to move all of the product boxes from the stockroom, open them, remove the product place them on the shelves and remove the boxes. At the same time they have to answer customer's questions, answer the phone, work the register and tend to other details like straightening the mess customers leave behind after they sort through product. Price signs need to be changed, expired items need to be removed, some perishable items have to be stocked because the vendors no longer do this. There are many other chores I don't know they have to do but neither does the public. On top of all they do they have had to take on all the extra cleanings required during the COVID pandemic. Each store is allowed a certain amount for payroll. It is never enough to maintain the number of staff it would require to make all they do transparent to customers. It is better that we appreciate how much they do to keep product available to us. When you at times see boxes in the aisles think if you would like to be the person who has to stock it. I've seen a tremendous amount of inventory in this store. I don't know how they manage it while tending to their other duties. I've found the store clean. The staff is very friendly especially considering how many times they have to deal with rude, thoughtless customers. Exactly how much do the persons who write these negative reviews think the staff is paid? The staff does a great job considering they do it for pay which their critics wouldn't even consider working for. Thanks to the staff who do their best to keep us supplied with products especially in these...
Read moreCame in on Wednesday the 28th at appropriately 4:45 pm. Grab my items and head to the register and it freezes at the end of the transaction. The cashier has to yell out in front of customers to get the manager on duty to come up and help. She looks at my register and tells the cashier "it's frozen, stop touching buttons." I felt embarassed for the young girl who was working the register. The manager then opens up a new register and proceeds to take the people in line behind me. As the next customer approached he asked the manager to help me first. She rudely responded out loud "Well he's just gonna have to wait, his register is frozen." Meanwhile I waited 20 minutes and they finally decided to reboot the register. The whole time I was waiting, the Manager couldve re-scanned my products at her register and sent me on my way, yet she kept taking everyone else first. But no, I had to go back onto the end of the line and wait again. She's a very rude person and doesn't belong in management!
Your store shelves are bare. Someone needs to order more product! The same item has been out of stock for over 9 weeks now.
I go to this store often, it has really gone downhill. Time...
Read moreI have been shopping here for a while with my service dog as a person with special needs for a very long time three years and never until now I experience such disrespect. The store charged me over 20 something dollars extra on top of what they were supposed to charge me saying that the sodas were not on sale when there was a very clear signage that said the sodas, on a three day clearance sell for three for nine dollars meaning they charge me almost $30 or more for the three packs of soda when they were supposed to charge me nine dollars In the process, taking advantage of someone special needs and they were letting the person in line make calls on the sale and try to help me Count as I do not know how to count for myself. They give me a hard time about the sale sale when I pointed out that they overcharged me and refused to lower the price to the sale price and...
