Excellent customer service and sales. I'm beyond thrilled with my entire experience to purchase my new 2022 Honda Rebell 1100. My husband and I were set on buying the Honda Rebell 500 and wanted to see in person before our purchase to be sure this was the bike for me. We were headed to Watkins Glen on a quick weekend getaway, and my hubby found a Honda dealer on our route to visit and see the Honda Rebell 500 face to face. This led us to Southern Tier Honda where we met Jared. He was kind and thorough. In fact, he was so nice and patient that he turned us on to the 1100. I was intially hesitant because of the bike being much bigger, or at least I thought. To my surprise, I fell in love with the 1100 immediately and changed my mind.

We loved our experience so much that we came back the next weekend to purchase the bike 3 hours out of our way because of the amazing service.

Then, we met Gary. This was an additional satisfying experience. He took care of us, sold me a new motorcycle jacket, helped fix our ground wire on the trailer before our travel back, met us on his day off, so we could spend another evening in Watkins Glen, and Jared found us a nice place to stay!

I have a 2005 Honda Rancher I needed service on, not shifting properly. I called both the Spencerport and Canandaigua Honda dealers. Canandaigua could not even look at it until Nov 8th (short staff). The Spencerport store never even picked up the phone! My friend in Branchport told me he works with the Watkins Glenn Honda shop allot and they were great. I called SouthernTier Honda, spoke to a couple of the guys at length. That's something in and of itself!. They did their best over the phone but said they would need to see it to be certain. I asked when I could bring it in. They said whenever you want we are busy but will get to it soon. I made the 75+ mile drive from Penfield to Watkins Glenn and boy was I glad I did. They took it right in and said they would call me later in the week. I stopped at a gas station on my way out of town and the phone rings. They said "Turn around we found the issue. It will take us a few more minutes to do the other items you requested but we wanted to save you another trip out here" WOW!!!! Gary the owner and Jared who fixed the wheeler were both top notch. Friendly, helpful, fast and knowledgeable. Gave me some great tips too going forward. I won't take the Rancher anywhere else...they are WELL...

I was search for a 2020 Talon 1000X that I could test ride before I made a purchase. I have a local dealer with one but wouldn’t allow a test drive. Through searching Honda dealers I found these guys had one, I emailed about a test drive. They own a machine and it was available for a test ride. I was happy to find a dealer with a test ride, it’s an hour and a half from my home but well worth the drive for a test ride. Plus I’ve never seen the falls in this little town, it’s amazing! Gary took the time to show me the operation of the machine and he took me for a quick hell of a ride. Then he let me take it, what an amazing machine. Then I took my wife for a ride, (i didn’t go as fast with her...) it’s such a fast but smooth handling machine. Sold!! Came back a few days later to pick it up and Jared went over the entire machine with me. From the operation to the maintenance. This two guys do such a good job demonstrating between selling, instruction and maintenance! I would highly recommend this dealership! Thanks Gary and Jared and all the other employees. Oh and by the way we took it out for it first ride yesterday through some tight muddy trails, machine is simply amazing! Thanks...
