Furniture southern motion IS JUNK had mine for over 10 years and today the leather is worn out and faded and peeling off that started after 2 years after I got it. I have never misused there products always kept it clean and never abused it .It has gotten worse since then finally had enough today. they say it's not there problem. they don't stand behind there products if it's anything more than a year old you are out of luck for a long time customer I just decided to go else where. where it's not has expensive has HL Stephens. Never Buy from them again never was happy with there service to begin with. Overpriced Overrated Overhyped undercut cheap material that doesn't last worth what there warranty is. should be sold As Is Where Is. called them about it I was told they can't do anything about it told them I will write a review and post pictures never cared about what I was saying or going to do about it. hope I can help spread the truth about there customer service which I wouldn't even call it that I would call it as is service. Buying furniture was easy .Sales person was good ordered just what we wanted perfect. Furniture came in on time everything good.Until delivery They deliver in my area on Tuesdays that's fine. From 1 to 6pm that's fine. So I say I work. I'll be home by 4 pm. Well they can't do that no set time just 1 to 6pm call half hour before. Well I'm not willing to take day off of work to get furniture. So I had them leave it in garage and carried it house myself. That don't work for me. I can buy same manufacture furniture from 10 different box store and have it delivered Sunday if needed. But I wanted to buy local. To me they are not selling me furniture because I can go any where for that. They are selling me service which I feel...

Very disappointed with H L Stephens. I paid a 25% restocking fee for a chair I did not like after receiving it. That restocking fee cost me almost $400. After 8 days I am still waiting for a check for the balance owed me after returning the item. The check was supposed to be delivered when they picked up the chair, it was not. I could have walked to Montour Falls and back in 8 days. I do not believe they have mailed the check. I have called several times and they keep telling me the check is in the mail. It looks like I will have to take them to small claims court to get my money back. Shame on you H L Stephens. Buyer...
