Bob's Alignment — Local services in Town of Naples

I was using AAA to get my car towed by them. I told the guy on the phone and the guy on the truck that I wanted the car towed to Kost tire in Geneva. I waited for a call back from Kost on the repairs that were needed on my car. Instead I get a phone call from Kost Tire in Geneva Asking "where is your car." After making a couple of phone calls my car was taken to Kost Tire in Cananadaigua. So I tried to make the best of a bad situation and had Cananadaigua fix my car. After telling them that I think it was my alternator. Cananadaigua told me everything was fine and I only needed a new battery. Well I had to take to car to where I wanted to in the first place, Kost tire and Geneva, to get it repaired properly. There I found out that the reason my vehicle wasn't taken where I asked was because the cananadaigua kost is where Bob's alignment parks their tow truck. So apparently they have some deal going, or who nows might even get a little cut. This was all heard through the grape vine. But it all looks a little suspect to me. And seriously delayed my repairs because my vehicle wasn't taken where I wanted it...

Recently went to The Finger Lakes region for a quick few day getaway. At the end of our 5 hour drive to Naples our car overheated and continued to after adding coolant, we were sidelined . Luckily there was a mechanic down the road. They took a look at it and said the radiator was cracked but were swamped and wouldnt be able to get to it for a few days. We were leaving in two days so that did not help us. He called BOB"s ALIGNMENT down the road and they said they would help. The owner Paul took care of us directly , put us on high priority and lent us a loner car, one of his other clients even gave us a ride into town. They went above and beyond, the whole staff was so helpful and Friendly, i honestly thought i was in the South!!! LOL. If it was not 5 hours away they would be my new mechanic. THANKS...

This place is the worst, they are nice people but they always will find something to charge you for more than they originally said. Even if they are the ones that break it. I've been there 3 times that stand out, first was my first inspection I needed tires , they ordered the wrong sized tires. Second, was my second inspection, I needed tires again, then I got there and they didn't recieve them. This time I needed them to take off the bolts on the tires they put on. They cranked them over 5 times what they were supposed to be. I wanted to put breaks on my car, they asked if I wanted them to also just throw the breaks on because "we're there anyway" I agreed. After only that, they charged 300 dollars and it took them 4 hours. Worst mechanics in Naples and...
