Lake Street Lanes — Local services in Town of New Berlin

A friend and I looked up these lanes for yesterday to bowl. The site stated that they opened at 3pm until 1am. My friend called at 5 to inquire about open bowling. She did not receive a call back. We decided to stop in because we got no return call and nobody was answering the phone. We were told that they had not opened until 6 and there was no open bowling last night due to leagues. However, received no apology for the unreturned call or the inconvenience of showing up when open bowling was unavailable. I found that very unprofessional of both the bartender/ service clerk and the owner?/ manager of the establishment. I rated two stars because it appeared...
