
Live Free Health & Fitness is a great atmosphere for all Who are looking to stay healthy and enjoy their life. Frank and Kim have base their gym on a family friendly place for all types of people and fitness level. I personally have been a part of this gym for over 10 years I would not go anywhere else. Frank’s programming is made for of all ages, fitness levels, injuries, and people with disabilities. I personally with disabilities and injuries myself Frank, Kristen, and Ruben have made adjustments so I can participate with the class and still making me feel competitive with others in the classes. For the coaches I can’t say enough. Ruben and Kristen have so much to offer each individual that partake in the classes. They also take the time out at the end of the class to speak with individuals who want to progress not only in the gym but with food preparation‘s and in life itself to better themselves health-wise and physically wise. Frank and the coaches have provided a new form of physical fitness for for those that wanna use day-to-day exercises to make their body stronger healthier and stronger instead of using weights and this program has progressed I believe from seeing the people that have taken these classes look phenomenally. From the day they started the program to them continuing with the program you see their attitudes their confidence levels boost after three months on this program that’s Frank and the coaches designed. Seeing that firsthand to me is very satisfying to know that Frank and the coaches have the best interests in there clients and personally. Kim has just a zest for children and making them healthy in life as well. Kim has been running a program just kids for over 10 years at the gym. Her personality her caring and empathy for children of all types of abilities is just amazing. Seeing the kids leave the class with smiles and the tired out it’s just wonderful. Kim provides such a strong base and a safe atmosphere as the children work out. She makes it fun and entertaining but yet keeping it physical so the children will not lose interest that’s what keeps the kids coming back and also Kim is a big factor on why they come back as well. Hi Luis Caquias would recommend this gym for all types of people from physically fit to people who just want to get started on that healthy lifestyle. Individual sessions with Frank eased my concerns about navigating a new environment, learning the CrossFit exercises and having the confidence to join a class.
It can be intimidating to try something new, but my coaches Frank and Joe made all the difference in instructing and encouraging me every step of the way. The coaches are knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and invested in you being the best you can be. That in and of itself is priceless. I know that if I ever have questions or concerns they are there to offer guidance and help me.
At Live Free I feel welcome, safe and truly part of a team. When you train here you feel like an athlete, and I really enjoy the camaraderie during classes. I can see that the coaches care about my progress and performance, and that everyone wants everyone else to succeed.
The workouts are what you make of them. If you want to be challenged and set PR’s or adjust for physical limitations, it’s all possible. The programming is well-thought-out and having a variety of exercises makes each workout fresh and interesting.

Read moreThis gym has been fantastic for me since moving into the area. I have trained quite a bit at gyms of all types — and was relieved to find such high quality fitness instruction locally. After I had 3 knee surgeries and tons of wear and tear on my body, I was hesitant to jump back in to intense training. Luckily, this gym was able to help me train safely and scaffold a fitness program for me that helped improve my overall knee health and general fitness level. Frank, Kristen, and Ruben are all fantastic and knowledgeable — understanding my limitations and strengths to allow me to continue training in a way that improves my quality of life without risking injury. Dont be mistaken — you will work hard here … with a good mix of HIIT, metcons, strength training, powerlifting, general cardio/fitness. I have gained 15 pounds of muscle in the last year and a half, all the while I am better conditioned and look/feel more fit. Theres is also a good community of gym members that offer support and motivation to get better and i enjoy the environment as it’s conducive to getting fit.
