I will never step foot in here again. I'm not sure if it is because I am gay or what the problem is. On 2 separate occasions, I stopped in to get some stuff. 1st time I was looking for an easy plumbing solution, I asked the gentleman at the register for assistance so I didn't have a huge cluster of parts to make it work. Upon asking him I was told I can't help you, you should just shop elsewhere. So I left and headed to a big box store... I was trying to shop locally but apparently, he didn't need the sale. We stopped in again this past weekend to give it another chance. This time my husband was with me and got to experience the rudeness of the same gentleman. We grabbed tape, a drop cloth, and a sanding block. The tape rang up a different price than on the shelf. We brought this to his attention and he huffed and walked to go check while muttering under his breath that it's not his problem and he doesn't need to do anything. Asked to talk to Jim, the owner who didn't seem to care about how his employee is treating customers. We walked out without purchasing anything and went to Family Dollar where we spent less than half of what we would have here. I urge anyone who needs something to shop elsewhere. If you know 'exactly what you want', then this store has good options(albeit overpriced, because its a small time store). If you ask where something is, they'll know where it is because chances are they restocked the shelf. Don't ever assume these guys know how to fix anything though. Just visited for plumbing things, guy insisted on 6 separate pieces of drain pipe parts to attach a sink to a sewer pipe directly below; he insisted on parts, only to get home and find $19 out of the $32 dollars sold to me actually made any sense to use, and I still can't connect the sink drain. That's 2 out of 6 parts. I'm all for shopping and supporting local business if they're knowledgeable in what they sell, but I wish this store would hire people that actually have some slight knowledge of...
