Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Newfane

I visit this Tim Hortons often while visiting family. I go buy breakfast there and the last two times I was in town I went to order breakfast for everyone...and 2 trips to this store both trips to town resulted in me being angry that they "don't have enough to make more than one of that sandwhich". I asked for a waffle sandwhich the one day......it's 845am and they can't make more than one?? Then the next day I ask for the French toast ones...can't make more than 1 of them either. So I asked what can they make...I was asked what I wanted...ummm french toast... duh its what I asked for. They never seem prepared for breakfast. Shouldn't advertise "NEW" sandwhich if they cannot make them. Also during the first of these 4 trips I asked how the rewards card worked..was told so I said I wanted one. She laid it on counter and never swiped it. Guess they don't really intend to use it as they are suppose to be..they just take up space on counter and in your already rewards card ridden wallet or purse. Ugh..save hassle...

We went here on our way out of town And were pleasantly surprised. The young man in the drive through was organized and pleasant. He read our order back and told us the price before we got to the window. Our breakfast was hot and our coffees were both correct. We haven't had such luck with many of the Tim Hortons lately. Good workers at this location. Recently we have had some, not so good, visits to this location. In fact today just made me edit this review. A young lady in the drive through was extremely rude and had an issue with us asking for napkins. This last photo I'm submitting is of Tim Horton breakfast wrap for 1.79 + tax. It was literally 3 small bites! What? I just was disappointed with the downhill Tim Horton has been going to. Btw...why do you run out of roll up the rim cups? That didn't happen last year, or any Year I...

We went through the drive thru this morning, ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant.... Got no sausage... Husband's hash brown tasted like cherry, it was so gross and had such a sweet flavor to it, granted they are never good but today was a first. Iced capps (we got 2) were both really thin. Not a very good experience. And because we had to drop my daughter off at school then get to work we didn't have time to go back. Needless to say, we will hit a different one from now on. Definitely one of the worst in the area. Not the first time we have had...
