If you're looking for good moonshine and you're stuck in the north, try out these guys. They've been making moonshine a while and know what they're doing! They have a nice selection of flavored moonshines as well as the standard. The one I liked the best is the Toasted Maple moonshine. The sweet taste of local maple syrup and the kick of hearty moonshine is perfectly balanced and is very dangerous. During the fall season, I like to drink my hot mulled cider with a shot of the Toasted Maple. It adds just enough sweetness to counteract any sourness that developed when heating up the cider. Was looking for a distiller in the Mohawk region and I’m glad if found these people. They are super friendly, nice and very respectful. Consumer service is 10/10. The moonshine was just as good. The Single barrel straight is very very well done being a 2ish year old bourbon. A great flavor not harsh and a nice dark color.

While i got my bottle in the Herkimer liquor store I will make a point to go to this distillery tasting...
