Tops Friendly Markets — Local services in Town of North Dansville

MUST READ: Be careful when u buy the prepacked food that's pre-made. Had a quesidila. Thankfully I looked after warming it up. There was a fly in 1 of the corners of the slices. I went into tops on 8/21/17 to buy an itunes card which they keep behind the customer service. The customer service which closes at 8pm. Which does not make any sense as to y they do keep them back there. The manager was walking by as I was telling a clerk I was there to get an iTunes card and could of easily gone back and gotten 1. As long as they keep them behind the counter they will lose money after 8. The chicken fajita has peppers and onions. Would be nice to sometimes have without. Especially without peppers and onions in the carrots and rice. You don't have to put packing tape with the calzones. The containers stay closed. Without a mayo with the premade sub. It is dry. We only needed a few things so we decided to go to Topsas it was 9pm. We went through the checkout and the cashier ignored the customer in front of us while having a conversation with someone who seemed to be her daughter using the ATM machine. The cashier was not paying attention at all to her customers. When we got up there the conversation expanded to cashier, daughter and 2 other employees as the debit card was sucked into the machine. I did speak up about how wonderful the customer service was. Maybe if she waited until her break or when she didn't have customers to have a conversation about giving her daughter money or using the ATM, this wouldn't have happened. If I wanted this kind of service, we would have gone through self checkout. This is the biggest reason I normally...

This store now closes at 1am which is pretty upsetting given that I enjoy late night/early morning grocery shopping and it's the only place in this 1 horse town to get anything to eat late night/early morning. Please open back up 24hrs, your losing business and taking work opportunities. What's the point of shopping at tops if it's not open 24hrs? Tops is expensive and If it's not open during the hours that everything else is closed then theres no reason to even shop there. I'll start doing my shopping during the day at save alot and save the money I'd typically waste at tops when I go shopping...
