I had the pleasure of working with Laurie.

I rented - 40x40 tent with beautiful wooden poles, bistro lights (inside & out of tent), white wooden chairs, banquet tables, two wine barrel wooden table and ivory drapes to cover the kitchen inside the barn.

We worked together so well creating my vision for our engagement party. She was on point with her promises, details & gave me recommendations that no other person in my surroundings could see. She went above and beyond.

I am located all the way out east off exist 67 & she allowed me to come in person to physically see all the rentals & even bought me in the back to choose from which ones I liked better vs what was already on my quote.

I have a hard time trusting vendors & Laurie made sure that my trust was going to the right person. The day before my event i ended up needing drapes, Laurie not only offered to physically take care of it but she a second time came back to the venue & applied them herself leaving me with one less thing to worry about.

I originally contacted Ace Party Rental a month ago to rent tables, chairs, glasses, and assorted items totaling around $1500 for my wedding reception. They asked what the delivery situation was with our wedding venue and I put them in contact with the venue. Our venue provided an honest description of the delivery logistics: the items could be loaded in a freight elevator to the second floor, but had to be carried up one flight of stairs to the third floor space 5 days before the wedding they cancelled, because they thought it would take too long.

I would never work with them again. They made a stressful time of planning a wedding even more difficult, and through no fault of our own. It was not our job to make an estimate for them. They made the mistake, were unwilling to acknowledge their own responsibilities as a company, and then punished us for it. They are rude and unprofessional, and don't seem to care what the customer thinks. Amazing and professional service!! We planned a very last minute party for 400-500 people. It was very easy to use their website to get information about products and put together my order, which I did at 3am… I got a lovely phone call from Caroline first thing that day to talk me through the order, answer my questions and give me a quote. Price was reasonable, delivery was available and easy to arrange for two days later. Caroline followed up to get accurate details about venue and contact person and to ensure that all would go smoothly. I made a request that delivery team call me an hour before arriving to venue so I could meet them there if I had questions about assembly and pickup. They did call, I met them at venue.
