I purchased the Red Pro hair dryer from a professional beauty supply store in NJ, I used the hairdryer for two months it was ok, the noise was very loud, I knew from the beginning this is not so great, but from where I purchased they said no returns. Last week while I was hairstyle my hair before going to a wedding, fire came from the hairdryer and almost burned my hair. I called Ivy Enterprisses Inc. located in Port Washington, NY, to report this issue since they are the distribution of this hairdryer in the USA. I had to spend so many times calling them, and every person sends me to someone else, I warn them that I am going to contact Business Complaint and will report because this hairdryer is very dangerous to use, so they finally told me to speak with Casandra, the head of the customer service. Of course, Casandra wasn't at the office. I left her message on her answering machine, but never called back. Someone has to make sure they will not sell this hairdryer in the USA.
