I went to the Sonobello located at 1 Hollow Ln #100, North New Hyde Park, NY 11042. The front desk staff were professional, welcoming and the office is run well. When I came for my consult I was so nervous but Lilly made me laugh. She is a bundle of joy and full of energy that you can't help but be excited about the choice to take that step in feeling better about your body. I thought the cost was reasonable for all that I got done. I never felt they just saw me as a dollar bill trying to get the most money out of me. She really advised based off of what changes I wanted in my body and how I could achieve that with the least amount of cost. She was more concerned about me getting my desired result.
Dr.Ayewah did my TriSculpt (upper and lower abdomen, hips, outer thighs and back/bra roll) and Abex. When I came to my pre-surgical appointment I was nervous again. Dr.Ayewah is so intelligent, well versed in her field, kind, understanding and thorough!! She takes her time with you until you are comfortable with the decision your making about what you want to do with your body. I never felt rushed. She explained step by step what to expect on the day. By the end of my appointment I didn't hope everything was going to go well on the day of the procedure. Instead, I knew everything was going to go well on that day because I was in great hands. I knew I was going to be happy with my body.
The day of the procedure all the staff made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. Obviously, after I did feel pain. That is to be expected after any surgical procedure. My pain was just for the 1st 48 hours. After that is was just discomfort which was tolerable. I went back to work after 2 weeks because of the job I did. At my 1 week post-op I saw a difference. It was slight because I was still swollen but I did.
At my 1 month post-op I met with nurse Marina. She is amazing! She showed me my before and after surgery pictures and I saw a significant difference and I felt it in my clothes as well. I was able to wear clothes I had not for years. If you do everything she tells you to help with your healing process and to obtain the best results you will look fabulous. I had my Coca- Cola bottle shape.
Josselin did my Venus treatments and she is so sweet. She has a great personality. She makes you feel so comfortable to talk. She asks you how your doing. She doesn't ask just to say the words. She really wants you to share.

Read moreI want to thank the staff at Sono Bello, Lake Success, NY for a great experience during my procedure. My experience at Sono Bello far exceeded my expectation. I want to thank Carolina, Patient Care Consultant for giving me the courage to go through with the procedure. I have been procrastinating for the past three years and visited a lot of facilities, and Sono Bello is the best thus far; very upscale and clean. If it was not for Carolina, I do not think I would have gone through with this procedure. She was incredibly detailed, honest and encouraging with explaining the process. I am in day two since the procedure, and I feel that this is the best thing I ever did for myself. Dr. DiPietro was excellent, the best. She explained everything steps by step through the entire procedure. I was awake and alert through the whole process. I can tell Dr. DiPietro is experience and an expert who is very knowledgeable about these kinds of procedures. I felt extremely comfortable and assured. It felt as if I had a stomach message, I couldn't believe how painless this was. In the recovering room, I was up and about, getting dress and eating snacks (by the way they are good, I took some home). I felt great afterward. I was ready to take my bag and walk out the door. Brian, I believe he is an RN and Instructor said: "I have to take you out in a wheelchair." I thought that was funny because I never felt better. I want to thank Brittany and Brian for everything; you guys made me feel at ease. I also want to thank the entire Sono Bello staff in Lake Success, NY. I appreciate all that you have done to make me feel totally at ease given the fact that this is my first experience getting body contouring. It was a success. I am looking forward to seeing the final result. I am pleased with the entire process. It was truly a great experience. Read moreDo NOT recommend. I was scheduled for a procedure and was not cleared by my doctor. Liliana assured me that in the event of not receiving clearance all monies would be returned. Fast forward to the expected date of my procedure, I am not cleared by my doctor. The nurse (Marina) is the one who calls me on the date my procedure was scheduled to occur to let me know she spoke to my doctor and I was not cleared. I speak to Diana (a manager I guess) who assures me I will be refunded in 2-3 weeks. Liliana (patient consultant) who promises results that are far different from what the doctor says (but you don't actually see a doctor until after leaving a deposit) calls me to say that I need to reschedule or I will lose my deposit because my doctor cleared me. It's important to note that at this point my doctor hasn't even received my bloodwork back; there's no way he could've cleared me. This is her calling me after I emailed to ask in what manner my credit would be issued. I ask to speak to Diana, the manager, who I was on hold to speak to when Lily's call came in. Lily tells me Diana is not in the office on that day. Mind you, the front office staff put me on hold to wait to speak to Diana, which of course I bring up. Eventually I speak to Diana, who I was told wasn't there that day and she is saying there is no record of me not being cleared. This is a week after she said I would be refunded in 2-3 weeks. The nurse from SonoBello is the one that called me to say I was not cleared. 3 weeks have passed and 1) I have not received a refund. 2) Diana the manager I emailed 2 weeks ago about it has still not replied to the email. 3) Neither Diana or Liliana are ever available when I call. Initially I was considering rescheduling my service, but after all of this I will be taking my business elsewhere. If they are they apathetic in this situation, I can't imagine the horror of having to deal with them should I need assistance after a procedure is done. Do not give any money to them; plenty of other options...
