Going to my prenatal yoga class was the highlight of my weeks leading up to my delivery. Liat creates this welcoming, zen environment that can calm anyone down. Her voice, understanding & yoga techniques made me want to attend every single one of her classes. During my first pregnancy I had a lot of nervousness and anxiety but Liat’s yoga class made me feel so relaxed and light afterwards. Liat is an incredible yoga instructor, advocate for women and children and prenatal educator. Classes with Liat provided so much relief to my body and mind.
