As a newer practitioner of yoga, I have been fortunate enough to venture across 8th State. My recent exploration of the Yin Yoga Sound Meditation at this hot yoga studio has been an extraordinary journey of relaxation and serenity.
From the moment I stepped foot into the studio, I sensed an ambiance that oozed tranquility. Warm colors, soft lighting, and the welcoming aroma of incense set the tone for an incredible experience. The studio's harmonious atmosphere cultivated a sense of peace within me, even before my practice began.
The Yin Yoga Sound Meditation class itself is a haven for individuals seeking deep relaxation and mental rejuvenation. The instructor's guidance is nothing short of exceptional, with her calming voice effortlessly leading us through a sequence of gentle yin yoga postures that promote flexibility and mindfulness. Her attention to detail and passion for the practice instantly put me at ease, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the moment.
What sets this class apart from others is the integration of sound meditation. Soft, melodic tunes filled the room, enhancing the overall ambiance and deepening the meditative experience. The soothing sounds acted as a catalyst for deep relaxation, melting away any stress or tension throughout the entirety of the class. It effortlessly transported me to a state of blissful tranquility, where worries seemed to dissipate and true inner peace could be found.
The studio itself is immaculate, with clean floors and walls that exude a sense of freshness. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness adds to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the studio provides all necessary equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps, ensuring beginners are well-catered for.
The staff members are friendly, approachable, and genuinely passionate about yoga. They consistently go above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. Their knowledge and expertise provide an added dimension to the class, making even the most challenging postures feel achievable and enjoyable.
Overall, attending the Yin Yoga Sound Meditation at this hot yoga studio has been a transformative experience. The combination of a serene atmosphere, skilled instructors, and the incorporation of sound meditation serve as a magical recipe for relaxation and calmness. I can wholeheartedly recommend this studio to both beginners and seasoned yoga enthusiasts seeking a sanctuary for mind and body.

I had the opportunity to check out the Sweat Shop and meet Christina Limbach. Christina was very personable. You can tell that she has invested herself in her clients. My sister and myself were able to take a tour before classes started one day. As soon as we walked in we were both impressed. We found ourselves in a very bright and very clean reception area. If you wanted to, there was a couch and chairs to sit on. The area adjacent was where the cubbies and coat rack were. In addition there was a bench to sit on to take off your shoes. At the time we visited, there was one studio open. They were in the process of finishing an additional studio. They offer a variety of classes. In each class you are able to work at your own level. I would highly recommend that you check...
Read moreI love 8th State!!!! When I first joined a couple years ago, I was working night shift and not prioritizing my health and wellbeing whatsoever. Long story short, I feel a million times better now that I’ve incorporated hot yoga into my busy life. The classes are peaceful yet challenging, and I always feel like I’m getting a great cardio workout as well as all the benefits of normal yoga. Stepping into the hot studio is like a little vacation for me!
Every single instructor and every class is amazing! Most classes are early mornings, mid mornings, and evenings, but I especially love the new Flow class with Julie at 12pm on Thursdays. She’s a new teacher and totally rocking it, and it’s a perfect fit for me because I’m off on Thursdays and can still sleep in a little :)
I would recommend 8th State to anyone looking to improve their physical and...
