Avoid at all costs! Hard to believe this outfit is an authorized Frigidaire repair contractor. If I could leave zero stars, I would! We purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator and almost immediately the built in water filter began leaking. When my wife scheduled the appointment, Mr. Kelly stated that if we were not home when his tech showed up, they would never return to the house - nice way to start off the relationship, very professional. The first time the tech showed up, he merely diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The tech said he would call when the parts came in (which he never did). After speaking with Mr. Kelly (who said the part had been in for a couple of weeks), we set up another appointment for a mutually convenient time; the tech, however, showed up on the wrong date and then proceeded to negligently install another defective water filter system (see photos) while also leaving us a nice mess in our kitchen (see photos), necessitating a third visit. On the third visit, however, the tech never rang the doorbell and simply knocked on the door (which I did not hear as I was a in another part of the house), necessitating a fourth visit which, you guessed it, resulted in another defective system being installed. After testing the system and confirming it still leaked (and was a design problem), the tech apologized and said he would escalate the matter which would hopefully result in us receiving a new refrigerator.    Read moreI’ve used Kelly’s twice over the years: First and foremost, Nick is the man and the sole reason I left my second session with Kelly’s happy. Second, the Kelly’s should hire someone to manage the phones or figure out a way to streamline the process.
I revised my review of Kelly’s from 5 star to 1 star a week ago, as I bashed my head on the wall for several weeks trying to schedule warranty work on my new gas dryer. Frigidaire assigned me Kelly’s, and it took 3 weeks, a lot of voicemails, and several no show appointment to get the dryer fixed. Kelly’s would only call me between 9 to 9:30am, and if you missed that window, I would have to leave a voicemail later that day only to get called at that same timeframe.
Outside of that, I’ve had Nick service my microwave four years ago, and now my dryer. His attitude and expertise was amazing to watch.

They did a service call and assured me they could repair it. Some parts I purchased and others LG replaced at no cost to me. $750 Kelly's cost, mostly labor was the total cost to repair my $2600, 6 year old refrigerator. Unfortunately after many service calls the refrigerator would not cool. Kelly's told me they did everything they could. I'm out a lot of money and still didn't have a refrigerator 9 months later. I posted the refrigerator for parts only on marketplace. A guy bought it for $50. GUESS WHAT, IT WAS A SIMPLE FIX. RESTRICTED CONDENSOR AND IS WORKING PERFECTLY WELL. HIS GAIN, MY LOSS!
