Worst experience ever. I called the week prior to set up an appoinment. I dropped off my Gravely Mower as we agreed. I called the next day to pick up as we agreed, Boyd vented at me about not having any help and if I needed the mower as we agreed I could take it some where else. When I did pick up the mower I was charged more then what he told me. He told me I might have to add some fluid and gave me a partial quart. The invoice that I paid, was for 7 quarts of oil, the capacity of the hydro transmissions is 10 quarts. I ran the mower 3 quarts under capacity without knowing this. The right side transmission was making noises and no longer is functioning. This mower was over $9000.00 dollars and only had 90 hours on it. If you want to over pay and have horrible service bring it to Boyd's. They will not stand behind their...

Great experience! Too bad I can’t rate 10 stars. I bought a brave pro rough cut mower and it had to be shipped to Boyd’s. I dealt with Todd and told him I would love to have it by the weekend. The mower did not arrive to Boyd’s until noon Friday. Todd told me he would see if the techs could get it serviced and ready for me to pick up Saturday morning. They came through with flying colors. Todd was so helpful and kind and went out of his way to help me get the mower loaded and had to put my atv in the back of my pickup as it would not fit on the trailer with the mower and Todd loaded it on the truck for me. I had a terrible experience buying a new mower from Boyd's. Once I got the mower home it wouldn't run properly. Turns-out that Boyd's filled it with old gas from their shop that was 1/2 water before they loaded it on my trailer. I had to pull the carb bowl, fuel pump, and fuel tank myself to get the water out. Also, a part was broken that they promised to ship to me , but they never did. Finally I was told I'd receive an account with credit equal to the value of 3 oil changes due to the work I had to do to fix the new mower, however no credit was ever issued. Not a good...
