So back in the day I heard some really bad things about this place but I have been going here for about 5 maybe 6 years now and it’s great. Jon is a really straight forward, humorous awesome guy and very knowledgeable and will help you with anything you need. The gun salesman are very friendly also and will help you with anything I definitely really like the people that work here. Every time I come in there always very nice and crack jokes and will talk and chat with you there not the type that will follow you around the store and breath down your neck. I’ve bought 2 shotguns from here prices are decent they will level with you. I’ve also took my kel Tec sub 2000 in here to fix the trigger and the gunsmith is great and knows what he’s doing. You might not get your gun back immediately but it’s worth the wait because he takes his time to make sure everything is great before he sends it back. I definitely...

I purchase my first compound bow from Mike who was very friendly and patient. I came in knowing very little. He took over two hours to answer questions, have me try different bows, and find what my ideal setup should be. Two days later I came back to site the bow in and Otis was on the range. He was very friendly and extremely patient taking the time to not only adjust my sight on my new bow, but also explain to me what he was doing so that I could apply that knowledge in the future.

At no point did I feel rushed or like I was a bother to anyone. Overall, the people at John's spent over 3 hours assisting me with my purchase and ensured I was completely happy with my setup. I will definitely be shopping at Jon's again in the future for all my hunting and sporting...

Outstanding customer service!!! I went into Jons for the first time with my son to pick out a new bow. Otis spent hours with us making sure he had the right bow for his needs, along with making all of the needed adjustments for him as well. Though my son had been shooting for over a year, Otis was able to identify (within the first few minutes) that my son was right-handed, but left-eye dominant, which none of his instructors prior to had pointed out before. He worked individually with him to help show him how to adjust to his new form. I have never experience such superb customer service EVER. I definitely recommend Jons to anyone!
