Mirabito Convenience Store — Local services in Town of Otego

I stopped to get gas for my Clark Truck it wouldn't take my mirabito card and when I was all done pumping on my Mastercard from Clark I had to walk in and get a receipt . And they couldn't put the money I just spent on my card four points .it seems like every time I go into a gas station of mirabito I have to walk in and get a receipt .without exaggerating at least eight times out of 10 and I have to sit there and wait because there's six or seven people ahead of me and because there's only one person at the register and they're making a sub ,now I understand that there can't always be two people but what I don't understand is why so many times I have to go in and get a receipt no matter what station or what pump. I said something to the girl in the Davenport station and she told me she didn't care what I thought I told another girl in the what's Davenport station and she thought that the girls should have been fired if you heard what that girl in the Davenport station told me I would imagine you would have fired her. I was very polite and the person in front of me was trying to get his points for diesel she didn't know how to do it so the guy went to Stanford to get his diesel fuel and she had words for him to. I spend a lot of money from Clark in the station's I would appreciate it if you did some work on your pumps or at least keep tap in them .thank you for listening and I'll be looking forward till the next stop...

3/26/2025 a trucker from VT headed back to work. This place has gone down hill the last few years. I asked how old the Chicken tenders were. One woman said an hour, about 10 seconds later the other girl said 30 minutes. There was an obvious gap between the chicken in the front of the tray and the rear. The chicken in the front looked all of an hour old and much smaller pieces. There was some nice looking larger pieces that looked fresh up by the glass but watched her grab the older pieces closest to her about twice the size of a chicken nugget twice. That wasn't going to happen a 3rd time.i went around the corner and said something to her and I got this stupid look back in return. There was no way she could of fit 6 normal size tenders in the little container she had in her hand. Going to assume she voted Democrat because there's no way a republican would of screwed the working class that bad. Told her to keep it and I walked out, not paying...

Place and location is nice but inside store staff totally unaware of sales … they loosing business inside, there is promotion inside , I have picked up them they charge extra, when I told them promotion price are different why you charging higher than she told me don’t have promotion, when I try to return and not going to buy staff she said ohh its comming now,,, wow as per rule they should upsell by promoting their offers inside store but here different. At the end I have returned whole staff and purchase what I needed right way, so from my side they loose 16$ so if they lose everyday 10 think about it. Everyone do not complain they just keep silence and never buy staff again. This is how business loses. For me staff need briefing regarding upsale specially register people.bad mod always.
