I bought a new Husqvarna garden tractor locally, who recommended OSS. The initial problem was getting the key to turn the engine. It resulted in complete disasters. I was charged for the same items when they changed out parts, more than once for the same part. Yet still got the mower back not working. Last summer I needed a belt replaced, and the hours on my tractor TRIPLED when I finally got it back AND it still has the same problems. BRYCE kept my unit for almost 6 weeks in the middle of the summer when I needed it the most. In the end, Husqvarna advised me that OSS is NOT approved by them for service of their products. Read moreI've sent my lawn mower there twice for warranty repairs. For whatever reason its taken at least two weeks to do repairs. They seem decent to talk to when you call but they don't really communicate about status updates, time schedule.
The last time I had it sent there it was there for weeks and they said they couldn't find anything wrong and gave it back. It was super dirty and I had to sent it to another shop in Johnstown and they found all sorts of stuff wrong with the motor itself and replaced everything under warranty.
