Appears this government is using word filters to prevent legitimate reviews from being visible. This is preposterous.

From a news report awhile ago there was displayed, by the town supervisor and several public employees, immature near juvenile behavior while a citizen attempted to procure services. Instead of portraying Owego town government as a open transparent and knowledgeable set of elected official(s) and public servants they instead showed themselves as petty and self-entitled. A shameful display by fellow Americans towards the public.

Reporters are your best friends. All the public has a right to get public information, imagine one person coming in to disperse information to 10,000 people. Would you rather be rude and refuse to help one person and have 10,000 FOIL requests? When a reporter comes in do everything you can to give them what they ask for because as we all see, reporters serve the people more...

It's obvious the issues here with these rude public employees flows from the top down once you see the attitude and the contempt Donald Castellucci Jr. Has towards this auditor....
