I came here for a conference with my entire lab. This is a really neat place to attend a conference and I've heard good things about the classes, but two things let me down. 1) One of my lab mates is vegan and had very little options for food the entire time. Even the vegetable sides typically had butter/cheese/bacon. For the banquet she was served a surprisingly complete meal and remarked she had never had such a good vegan phillo dough. She quickly became sick after dinner and suspects the meal was not actually vegan. 2) This campus is not well lit, so walking anywhere alone in the evening is unsettling .
