Zero Stars but that's not an option. My family have been customers here for years. Till today! I came to the store 1.5 weeks ago to get a pool cover pump that was advertised on the website. Once there I was told they don't carry this product and the website has not been updated. The female who was helping me, went on and on how this Old Man Winter 1500 pump was great. I don't usually buy a product that I have not had time to review but she went on and on about how great this product was. Once we got it home at least 3 different things did not work. I took it back to the store. I asked to get the other brand that they carry Black and Decker that is equal price. The manager Brandon stated that he can't do anything other than give me the same one. I explained that I don't want the same one that clearly is not made well but I will take the other brand. He explained that nothing he can do about it. He stated that he is the manager and that it. He showed me the sign that states Exchanges only for pool pumps. I explained that is what I am doing, I am exchanging it for a different brand of equal value. He explained to me that's not what exchange means and I am wrong. I came back in and who I saw him hand keys to had them. Yet he still denied handing them over. RUDE and PETTY!! Not 1 sorry. Other than the rules are the rules and that's all he can do. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām glad I took the time to read some of the reviews but not before I wasted my time going there today, can you say bait and switch, they start out with a pool advertising for $299 which I knew was not going to be the price, Iām Not that delusional; my niece got her pool last year for $1450 give or take and was first given a price of $3300 give or take, I went in today hoping I may be somewhere around that price maybe tops $3000 but no, was given a price right off the top of over 6400 and then their attempt to do better was $4700 and that still did not include the installation which since I lived in queens would cost about another $1000, went in to Leslie pools and since they do not have pools in store but online I found a pool with the same sq footage Iām looking for for $1749 and with installation $900 comes to about what I wanted to pay in the first place, itās the fact they bait you into coming into the store when they know damn well there is not a pool in the house that you will get for $299 that you would want literally the Catalina advertised was for a group of toddlers, but you live and you learn, just wanted an above ground round pool that should not break the entire bank and oh did I tell you I was also told price would go up 20% starting tomorrow July so I had to make up my mind kind of quick and/or leave a refundable deposit (NOT!) Paid for pool which included installation, apparently that doesn't mean they worry about leaks coming from the installed parts. So basically I now have a pool that has to be refilled twice a week. Called installation department only to be given a nasty attitude from the managers Rob and Chris who work in that department. They finally sent someone out to try and fix the pool and the first words out of his mouth are "there's nothing wrong here, why am I here, there's no point in me being here". Needless to say he didn't fix anything and made several more nasty remarks before I had to ask him to leave my house. I've been asked several times to send pictures of the leaks to the installation department and I still haven't heard anything back , that was over 2 weeks ago. Needless to say most of the managers in the store werent very helpful either, not everything was delivered with the pool and I had to make 4 trips back to the store to try and get everything that was suppose to come with it and I still don't have everything. Of the managers only 1 in the store was even remotely useful the others just wanted to tell me that everything was delivered and didn't want to give me the items that weren't.
