Ming Sing Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

This is our go to chinese restaurant whenever the kitchen is "closed." Ordered chicken with broccoli and seafood delight(imitation crabmeat, shrimp and scallops with mushrooms and carrots). I asked if i can substitute the regular vegetables that they use for this dish with mushrooms and carrots. They accommodated our request. These two dishes came with 2 small orders of white rice. Also, ordered chicken corn soup. As our free item, we ordered the wonton soup. Everything is made to order. Food is always tasty, delicious...

Discovered this place because it was one of the few restaurants open during the COVID pandemic. It is by far the best local take out Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. If I could give Ming Sing more than 5 stars, I would. Separately, everyone who works here is very polite and professional, not sure what some other reviewers are talking about as far as the service is concerned. It’s located in the island rec parking lot so there’s plenty of parking too...

I don’t usually leave reviews but i just couldn’t not to for this place…. Ordered general tso chicken and got this… which is very FAR from it. Chicken is raw and the sauce doesn’t taste anything like tso! Its more like orange chicken and not even , its horrible, there is some aftertaste that not me , not my husband could eat it, forget about the kids… I want my money back, this is not...
