I own/operate a Wildlife Control business in Lexington KY. After owning an extremely loud Polaris, I was looking for a quiet ride that still. Luke get me to where I go and not make my head feel a foot thick after working all night. I finally settled on a Textron/Arctic Cat Prowler Pro. It isn’t the easiest vehicle to find used to say the least. Somehow I ran across a leftover 2019 that Wilson Sport had. I called and spoke to Kurt and felt comfortable enough to make a down payment and plan for the 14 hour round trip to come pick it up. Was surprised to see such a large dealership in a seemingly small town. I’ve had the machine about a month now with zero problems. I did call with a basic question and they promptly returned my call. I saved over $2000 from buying a 2021 model by driving a little further and taking a risk. Can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and the price I got. The only complaint I had, was driving 94 through Chicago. I give that route ONE STAR! Took different route home that was 2 hours longer but avoided shaving a year off my life from the stress of that drive up. IDK how regular commuters do it. You either keep up or get ran over. Although not Wilson’s fault, i would recommend anyone driving that route, avoid that stretch!! Overall was well worth the drive for the savings and we enjoyed the small but beautiful town of...
Read moreI wish I could put a ZERO. As a self employed family income gets tight. Took the UTV in for repairs in preparation to sell. We need to pay the bills. They "fixed" the problem, tightened a leaking oil drain plug, but did not, apparently, put oil into the motor. Unbeknownst to us of course. So after having it 2 weeks, hubby was excited to have it drivable again. Nope. Motor blew due to absence of oil. They refused to fix the problem. Only diagnosed, in fact, the motor is blown. Fixed the initial problem Changed MORE than the bill stated, per banking statement. Made a human error Refused to fix the problem. Now we PAID to not have anything to sell. Watch what you take here to be repaired. Cleanly not enough money for a...
Read moreTook a sled in for repair. Twice. After 500$ down the tube they litterally changed smart valves the first time and cleaned powervalves the second... clearly wasn't the issue. Ran no better than before.. Just thought taking it in would be the quick way to get the sled back up for the season. mechanic doesn't have diagnostic skills whatsoever. I wanted a discount for the waste of time but that really didn't happen. I fixed it. When it was time to buy a new sled I happily went to action powersports and had a...
