The place has chairs with attached tables that stick out into the aisle. If you look at the pictures you can see the large laundry machines next to the washroom where you would wash large items like a comforter. I tripped on the table as I was going to the machine. You wouldn't expect a table bolted to the chairs to stick out into the aisle a good 10 inches. I went flying towards the washroom and hurt my leg on the table and also my hands, neck & arm in the fall. The owners response to my fall was that they didn't know why I was in that part of the facility as it is the folding area. Coming from the entrance this is the direct route to the large machines needed to wash a king sized comforter. I'm shocked the owner doesn't seem to know the layout of the business and that while they say sorry you got hurt early in the response they go on to make it seem like I'm clueless as to what I'm doing and the area is safe. This is not the case and shows this owner is not at all sorry but instead is intentionally disrespectful of me as the customer. If this same thing had happened to an elderly person they'd have needed an ambulance. Think about this owners response to me and their total lack of responsibility and empathy when visiting businesses owned by them. The pics were initially put on CJs as Google thought I was there. I explain in that review I was at The Coin...
