I am talking about my personal experience which happened with this TA. My truck trailer tire break got jamd and started heated up , I safely reached this TA. Mr Mike he was the person who attended, and asked to sign some documents before doing something, , they need some assurance as per the TA policy , after doing diagnos , they removed everything including tire,hub brakes, they said they cannot do the work, and asked me to go another workshop which they suggested , a private work shop, I think ,Mike gets commission from them.
Next day, I came back to the same TA, as they forgot to put back the disk brake guard , and I went to the counter they denied saying there was no guard , and I showed the pics , then another guy went inside the garage and found the disk guard which was broken , they lied to the customer , they denied to fix back So this was my experience as a professional truck driver , this is not a good place , and Mike you are very bad guy, learn to be professional and don't Lie about your work.. if.u don't knw anything, don't accept it and learn, don't pretend u know everything, u don't have any idea about Engineering or whatever

Read moreToday I stopped there to get retorqued my tractor and trailer. I had to wait there for almost two hours for just 5 minutes work. They didn't even had to take the vehicle inside the garage. Two guys retorqued outside, I requested them to remove the red tags/flags off the lug nuts. They didn't like it but removed them anyways. Later they charged me extra 70$ just to remove the tags. The guy said, it was not included in the service. I didn't have more time to waist there and argue. I would like to talk to the the manager or the owner, to discuss the service I've received from this shop. This is total rip off. Retorqued cost was $54.95 and they charged extra $70 to remove the tags from the same tires. In what universe this is Ok?
