We probably won't spend money on these programs again. Your swim instructors seem more interested in chatting with each other than they do teaching the kids. I watched my son sit on the side of the pool for ten minutes while instructors played games not appropriate for their level because the instructors decided to join two levels and play games that are geared toward the higher level. We've been thoroughly disappointed in this program.

Edit: we will NOT be spending money for this program again. Putting young children, many of whom can't swim on their own, in a 13 foot deep pool and leaving them alone in the middle of the pool and trusting them to just hold a noodle or two under their arms to keep them from drowning without an instructor close by is UNACCEPTABLE. Then, further excluding the younger, less capable swimmers while other kids dive from a diving board and the instructors sit on the side of the pool is also...
