I went at the Warwick farmers market on a whim, and stopped at the Hummingbird Ranch honey tent. The man I spoke with was really nice and super knowledgeable, and the products all looked great. I actually don’t love honey; it has an aftertaste that I don’t like, and I usually just end up having some in my tea. THIS HONEY IS DELICIOUS!! Eat off the spoon delicious!! Perfect country store featuring a wide array of local products. Hummingbird Ranch (Rich and Deb) produces their own honey and bee related products, which are superb. I highly recommend their creamed honey... the cinnamon and blueberry creamed honey are fantastic. The store has many unique home and food products. Rightly featured by WPDH as one of the best small stores in the Hudson Valley. You can't go wrong...
