I set an appointment with the owner to stop by and get my som outfitted for a new bow and arrows. We were stood up by the owner who told his help to have us stop back. When I had to drive a half hour one way and was stood up there was no way I was going to give him another chance to stand us up and set another appointment. This guy doesn’t belong in business and he won’t be in business long treating customers like that. Don’t waste your time on them, you can do better!!!! Thanks for the call Mr owner to reschedule and wasting my time and disappointing my son!!!

Jason ….. I talked with you personally several days prior to our appointment as we got to your shop at 5:05. Why does your response lack candor?? Smoking cigarettes outside ur shop with your buddy who was watching your shop when you stood us up, was definitely more important than selling some arrows and archery equipment 5 minutes after you closed for the day!!! Any reasonable small business owner would have taken care of us rather than setting an appointment and making us come back!!! Then you ask your buddy to tell us to come back if we showed up??? The Owners are great and very caring to make you feel at home. I drove over 2hrs to get to there place. I bought 3 enclosed hunting stands from them. Quality of them was better than I thought it would be and they had the best price and well worth the drive. I loaded them with them and they made sure that all units were secured well. Hard to get people that care about the customer like they do. Great people and Great service. Thanks...
