Dollar General — Local services in Town of Prattsburgh

When the store opened the woman manager was right on top of things and it was orderly. Now it is a big mess. huge amounts of articles to be put out. You can't get to things without moving carts full. A new manager is so needed and they need to inspect each store often. Glad it's here but it is a disaster. If Naples is so clean and neat this could be too. Sad. Feel sorry for the workers there. I would give it a 1 star just...

First off, I went there after a severe snow storm. The parking lot wasn’t plowed yet but, with four wheel drive it was no problem. The fact that the manager braved to horrible road conditions to open the store is commendable. Upper management should take note of this. The manager is always super friendly. She deserves something for her effort and, not just an empty corporate thank you. Keep up the good work Dollar...

This place is wonderful. It has all your basic needs. From milk to bread, and chips to salsa. It even has a variety of toys and cards to pick from. So next time you need to pick up a carton of eggs or some toilet paper, come on down to this place...
