Didn't even get into the door. May just be me though. I haven't been here since I was a student getting my knives sharpened almost 20 years ago.

So got here about 10 minutes before they open, and no cars were in the parking lot. As there are no lines dictating how parking should be, I backed into the rear corner of the gravel lot facing the exit (made since to me, allows for an easy exit and room for others). Old lady driving a white crossover thing comes in and parks perpendicular to me, only leaving just enough room to pull out, but not enough for anyone else. This doesn't make sense to me, why not park beside me and set a trend so more cars can fit? Also, if someone would've parked beside her, then I would have been stuck unless I decide to drive across the grass. That doesn't seem right.

She then proceeded to take her time and smoke before going to open the store. I understand needing that last smoke as I use to smoke 2 packs a day. However, they must not need the business as I would expect my employees to be inside prepping for the day at least 10 minutes in advance, not necessarily open just getting ready.

Doubt I will be back. ...

If I was able give 0 stars I would. I went in to purchase a Primo large oval kamado. After speaking with the rep for a little while I asked what the price would come to. I was told the price of the grill was $979 and the table would be $299 minus $60 if I was to purchase them together. When I went to checkout, the woman behind the counter started fighting with the 2 reps right in front of us regarding the price. After waiting approx 2 hours, we were finally informed that the price would be about $350 more than originlly anticipated. That is factoring in the 10% discount they were graciously giving us for the inconvenience, that amazingly everyone else that was there seemed to get that day also. Needless to say, I left without a new kamado and will never go back...

Great variety of pretty much anything you might need. Large selection of high-end knives and accessories but also a solid range of options at just about every price point. Knowledgeable and helpful staff to walk you through selecting the equipment for your needs. Every interaction I've had with the staff they were friendly and not pushy about upselling. They listened and made recommendations. The knife sharpening service is wonderful, but it's a drop-off service, so don't expect the same day.
