Excellent variety of items to purchase from fresh fruits and vegetables to baked goods including pies, cakes, bread, etc. The location is perfect, right off Sound Avenue. However, the prices here are on the high side and you might do much better to move on down the road a bit and stop at the next food market. Are you kidding me, a $1.25 each for an ear of corn, come on now. One of the things that I found most interesting is they will charge a much higher price if you wish to use a credit card, and much higher than what the card company is charging them, so bring cash if you intend to buy anything. We really do not have much to say about the staff, if you can find one to help you, just beware. Again, think there are much better options available in the...

The proof is when you get home and open the strawberries to find only the nice fresh looking one on top and miserable tired old berries on the bottom (not spoiled, but just not appetizing at all - we threw the rest out.). We did not pick them. But They have the gall to charge $2.00 MORE than down the road, where they sell hanging plants. So look carefully and shop somewhere else. Picking your own will get you fresh strawberries, but if you buy boxes of already picked - beware - look underneath. Don't be fooled or...

I almost died from sticker shock when i saw what their prices were. A bushel of corn uncooked was $18.00 its about 40 ears, roasted was $3.95 an ear crazy and outrageous right. So i stop at my local Stop-n-Shop and got my corn at 5 for a $1.00. And my corn was way better. Cost $2.00 for 10 ears of corn, $3.49 for the butter, $3.99 for the Parmesan cheese. Salt, pepper, and charcoal already at the house. So on a scale of 1-10 i rate them a 3...
